Job Title: Cloud Architect & Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect & Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying full-stack applications on the cloud.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong AWS expertise and hands-on development experience with cloud architecture. They will lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of full-stack applications, architect scalable cloud infrastructure and develop and optimize frontend and backend applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of full-stack applications
  • Architect scalable cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance)
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis)
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for the team
  • Mentor and guide a growing team of developers
  • Collaborate with product, design and business teams to translate vision into technology
  • Evaluate and implement AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution

Requirements:

  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications
  • React Native React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI)
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL
  • Microservices architecture design
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk
  • CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Leadership & Collaboration: 3+ years in leading development teams, Agile/Scrum practices, Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
