Cloud Native Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Native Solutions Engineer to design and implement cloud native solutions using Microsoft enterprise landing zone concept in Azure, managed Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, developer tools, and builders library for software engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a professional with 6-12 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using cloud native services (preferably Azure or other cloud providers). Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, or similar tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud native solutions using Microsoft enterprise landing zone concept in Azure, managed Kubernetes clusters on top of Azure AKS, developer tools, and builders library for software engineering teams.
  • Empower engineering teams, improve developer experience, and foster a software engineering culture as part of Platform Engineering.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience as Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar roles coming from Software development or system administration background.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Pulumi, Bicep, or similar tools.
  • Experience deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of Hub & Spoke architecture, networking architecture such as DNS, routing, subnet, NAT, CDN, load balancer, etc., and Azure AD, access management concepts such AD groups, IAM, etc.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience on using multiple cloud services based on the use cases (preferably Azure or other cloud providers).
  • Understanding security concepts Azure RBAC, Defender for cloud, Sentinel, Azure policies, Firewall, etc.
