Senior Business Process Specialist

Job Role:
- Create and design specifications to meet sales and account management needs.
- Collaborate with consultants and managers to document business processes effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure its accessibility.
- Develop functional requirements to enhance quality, performance, and external interfaces.
- Analyze customer requirements and check for derived logical requirements.
- Outline requirement specifications using standard templates for both used cases and software development.
- Manage requirements and store them in automated systems.
- Record, manipulate, and report on requirements stored in the rational tool suite.
- Monitor changes to baseline requirements using effective change control processes.
- Contribute to Test Plans and Test Scripts, and perform test execution as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and structure work.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.
- Excellent analytical and evaluative skills for tasks.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
