As a seasoned HR professional, you will take on the pivotal role of Location HR Partner at NCR. Your exceptional skills and experience in delivering top-notch employee experiences, driving high-performance cultures, and enabling talent development make you an ideal candidate for this position.

This key role is instrumental in driving HR initiatives and elevating employee experience across the entire HR Lifecycle. You will collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to co-create solutions for business-specific people challenges, act as a trusted advisor to line managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, and support complex and sensitive cases with discretion and timely resolution.

The successful candidate will maintain and update talent and retention dashboards/data, identify hotspots, and proactively engage with vulnerable groups to drive retention and engagement goals for the location - NCR and support HRBPs in merit cycle reviews ensuring market alignment and ED&I considerations.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent relationship-building skills to ensure seamless communication and coordination across HR functions to deliver timely and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will strive for continuous improvement and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
