As a Global Life and Wellness Coach, you'll collaborate with clients in a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters exploration, self-discovery, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver structured life and wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
- Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and taking action to achieve their objectives related to stress, relationships, career, health, and wellbeing.
- Manage your calendar and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our support teams whenever needed.
- Provide culturally competent care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
- Hold active credentials from a globally recognized coaching body, such as ICF, EMCC, AC, or regionally accredited bodies following similar standards.
- Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience is required.
- Be adaptable across various life, professional, and health-related challenges.
- Possess training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
- Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
- Commit to quality care, want to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress.
- Enjoy working independently but also value team support, connections, and collaboration opportunities.
