Job Title: Export Executive

As an export executive, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and bill details in our LARA system on a pan-India basis.

  • You will update all remarks received from our intermodal team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handling export invoice RFI's within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • You will reply to various queries received from vendors/GBS team/customer.
  • E nsure that SDP and SDD code generation is done within TAT.
  • Follow up outstanding bills payments with vendors and GBS team to align smooth payment process and update same to receivable team.
  • Follow up with vendors till issue is sorted out.
  • Daily coordination with Mumbai intermodal team for freight order generation & COL updation on LARA & LISA system within TAT.
  • Preparing reports pertaining to intermodal moves on daily / weekly and monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensure follow up is done on regular basis.
  • Variety of reports to be prepared on weekly/monthly basis within deadline given.
  • If any query/message should be sent immediately nothing to be taken verbally.

Qualifications:

  • Holds graduate degree.

Required Skills:

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive/self-motivated/hardworking.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Well verse with MS Office Tools - specially Excel and Power Presentation.
