Export Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the sales department, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth shipment movement and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with manufacturing sites to check daily stock levels and release invoicing plans accordingly.

• Preparation of pre-export documents including Certificate of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificate, and bank realization certificates.

• Facilitating shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, transporters, and custom brokers.

• Negotiating freight rates with freight forwarders to optimize costs.

• Ensuring timely submission of post-shipment documents to banks.

• Handling customer queries and audit-related inquiries efficiently.

• Proficient in working on ERP systems such as TCS ION/SAP HANA.

• Well-versed in handling both LCL and FCL shipments.

• Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in export coordination executive level roles.

• Graduate degree in any field.
