Job Description

Public Health BIM Modelling Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintain adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, managing project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects preferred.
  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services an added advantage.
