Job Title: BIM Model Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive 3D models from architectural designs and construction documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Model Creation: Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior, and landscape design schemes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • BIM Authoring Tools: Provide technical support to the project team using BIM authoring tools.
  • Linked Models: Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • Documentation: Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
  • Data Generation: Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design or related field.
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
