BIM Management Leader

This leadership role oversees the successful execution of multiple Architecture, MEP projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include team management, project development, client engagement, business growth, and implementation of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage concurrent BIM projects, ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards.
  • Identify and address project-related challenges and issues.
Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Business Development:
  • Contribute to business growth by participating in meetings and identifying new opportunities.
  • Leverage extensive industry experience to develop proposals and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.
Budget and Timeline Oversight:
  • Exercise oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Maintain control over project timelines, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
Best Practices Implementation:
  • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

Must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
