Backend Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Java developer to spearhead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing web and standalone applications using Java/JEE technologies.

  • The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding and practical experience of Spring Frameworks, including IOC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, and Spring Security.
  • A thorough grasp of Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes is also crucial for this role.
  • The candidate should be proficient in build tools such as JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka message broker and Restful web services, as well as Jenkins.
  • Solution design using proven patterns and awareness of anti-patterns and performance tuning are key requirements for this position.
  • An excellent understanding of Microservices architecture is also necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in designing and developing web and standalone applications using Java/JEE technologies.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience of Spring Frameworks, including IOC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, and Spring Security.
  • Thorough grasp of Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in build tools such as JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka message broker and Restful web services, as well as Jenkins.
  • Excellent solution design skills using proven patterns and awareness of anti-patterns and performance tuning.
