Backend Developer with Product Mindset

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend components using Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop clean, efficient Java code to build scalable backend components.
  • Analyze and understand external API documentation to integrate new services.
  • Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java.
  • Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
