Backend Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Backend Engineer to drive the technical direction of our backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and architect scalable microservices and robust API designs.
  • Lead the adoption of best practices in backend development and system architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration.
