Job Title: JD Edwards Sales & Distribution Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Sales & Distribution Specialist to provide expert support and guidance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to the Sales & Distribution module of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level support for resolution of service requests and system defects related to the Sales & Distribution module.

  • Work closely with business users to resolve high-severity user issues and system defects.

  • Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to support analysts in resolving complex issues.

  • Interact with various teams including JDE development, CNC admin support, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.

  • Techno-functional skills to support issues is desirable.

  • Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS etc is desirable.

  • Ability to understand highly customized manufacturing accounting processes.
