Role Overview

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Senior Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative ideas to life. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and production partners to execute impactful brand campaigns.

  • Key responsibilities include ideating on concepts, collaborating with the Creative team, and executing these ideas within set timelines.
  • Liaise with clients as the main point of contact to ensure that ideas and their execution are progressing in sync with the brand vision and business objectives.
  • Drive innovation by brainstorming, collaborating, and researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead the preparation of detailed campaign reports to maximize learning from each project.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media.
  • Interest in culture, including pop culture and independent sub-cultures growing across India and globally.
  • Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, honesty, proactivity, and a willingness to take ownership of work and meet expectations.
  • Ability to face challenges with confidence and figure out how to get things done with team support.
  • Continuous learning from clients, analysis of past trends, other parallel industries, and team members.
