Strategy Manager - Insurance Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6-11 years of experience in strategy, product, or business planning roles in the Insurance industry or Tier I consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
