  • Executive identification and evaluation for consideration during searches.
  • Target list creation to match specifications for assignments and conduct research on relevant information.
  • Information gathering to support the hiring process.
  • Conducting industry research to identify key players and map potential talent pools.
  • Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability.
  • Database management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information.

Qualifications: A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is required.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field are necessary.
