Job Title: Alumni Relations Officer

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing an alumni engagement strategy to foster meaningful connections between the institution and its alumni.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Alumni Engagement: Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with alumni across batches, programs, and geographies. Develop and implement strategies to increase alumni participation in events and initiatives.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive alumni database with structured segmentation (industry, geography, domain, seniority).
  • Event Planning: Organize alumni reunions, networking meets, HR/Industry conclaves, and regional/global alumni chapter events.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in Alumni Relations, Corporate Relations, or Career Services in reputable educational institutions.
  • Skill Set: Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills; excellent communication skills; event management experience; and ability to leverage digital platforms and CRM systems.
  • Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education Administration, HR, Marketing, or equivalent.
