We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to lead our communications efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the IT/Tech/AI/Start-up verticals and be responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and updated weekly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting high-quality documents such as press releases, content briefing templates, media briefing documents, and authored articles.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, including correspondents and assistant editors.
  • Coordinating end-to-end opportunities and ensuring timely submission of Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, monthly reports, and quarterly plans.
  • Conducting media outreach and disseminating press releases to targeted audiences.
  • Securing feature stories in top-tier media outlets on a quarterly basis.
  • Providing coverage updates and sharing salient points post-WIP calls.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Morning messaging for the next day
  • Uploading documents to cloud storage
  • Ensuring SLAs are met and updated weekly
