FMCG Workflow Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with a strong background in FMCG domain knowledge and expertise in SKU creation workflows. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement: ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integration: Workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and Enhancement: Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather Requirements: Business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Workflow Lifecycle Management: Design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Training and Demos: Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Compliance and Scalability: Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
  • Workflow Development Experience: 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • FMCG Domain Knowledge: Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration Knowledge: Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Skelta BPM Expertise: Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • ServiceNow/MDM Certifications: ServiceNow/MDM certifications.
