Job Title: Senior Adobe Campaign Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workflows on time with precision as per client requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers and product teams to resolve queries, translate them into workflows, and provide technical support.
  • Utilize expertise in Adobe Campaign, Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, and other relevant technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and operate under pressure.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.
  • Monitor communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure correct execution.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • Analyze key performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
  • Drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe platform.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / BE with 1-2 years Adobe Campaign experience; banking experience is advantageous.
  • Well-versed in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly understand/anticipate business requirements and outline benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures effectively.
