Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated software quality assurance professional to drive the quality and performance of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive manual test plans and execute test cases for web applications, ensuring high-quality results.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
- Collaborate with the development team to track and report defects, driving timely resolution and improving product performance.
- Evaluate products against user requirements, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback on design and usability.
- Document test procedures and results thoroughly, enabling informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and tools.
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web-based applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans, aligned with industry best practices.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Linear or JIRA, and experience in database testing using SQL.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
