Job Title: Software Tester Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Test Case Preparation: The candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing and be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same.
Test Execution: The candidate should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification, and mitigation.
Testing Skills: The candidate needs to conduct independent system testing for changes to the application, design test cases including expected outputs from business requirements, execute end-to-end test scenarios, and validate results.
Software Development Life Cycle: The candidate will participate in the entire SDLC process from planning to deployment.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): The candidate will ensure that the code is deployed to production smoothly without any errors.
