About the Role:

Zenatix Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Sales team. As a Sales Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for participating in product and sales training, assisting senior sales representatives, and contributing to lead generation and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques: Learn about our IoT-based automation and monitoring solutions and develop B2B sales skills.
  2. Assisting Senior Sales Representatives: Observe the sales process, assist in prospecting and lead generation, and visit potential customers to acquire new business.
  3. Generating Leads: Utilize cold calls, visits, and social media platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads, and receive sales incentives.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Gather market information and identify emerging opportunities.
  5. Sales Calls and Presentations: Engage in sales calls and presentations under the guidance of experienced sales team members.
  6. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  7. Professional Development: Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Desire to learn and develop sales skills, high self-motivation, and drive.
  4. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  5. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  6. No prior sales experience is required.

This 6-month Trainee Program offers a comprehensive learning experience that combines technical training, soft skill development, mentorship, and coaching. You will gain a well-rounded skill set, industry exposure, and the confidence to thrive in your role. Post-program completion, you will be considered for a permanent Sales Executive role based on your performance.
