Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful recruitment and a passion for talent acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining and updating candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Partnering with hiring managers to build targeted sourcing strategies
- Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or staffing firm or startup environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
