We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Associate to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to promote our health insurance products and drive revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound call campaigns to engage potential customers and promote our health insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless data integration and efficient sales performance tracking.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team performance by delivering exceptional results and meeting key performance indicators.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals, ensuring timely conversion and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
