Job Overview

The role encompasses end-to-end innovation for beauty devices and accessories, focusing on design-driven, system-integrated products. Key responsibilities include defining problem statements, user requirements, and success metrics, as well as driving concept development, tooling management, and reliability testing.

Additional responsibilities involve evaluating motor and heat modules, power electronics, and safety measures, identifying and qualifying OEM/ODM/component suppliers, and planning test protocols and documentation for compliance with various standards.

Collaboration with industrial designers is essential to ensure ergonomics, acoustic comfort, thermals, and serviceability. The role requires tracking field performance, NPS/reviews, and failure modes to drive rapid revisions and cost/quality improvements.
