Low-Code Sales Strategist

OutSystems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand OutSystems Offer and Competitive Issues: Be knowledgeable about our low-code application development platform and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive challenges.
- Hunt for New Business and Logos: Identify new business opportunities and pursue them with enthusiasm and a strong sales strategy.
- Main Point of Contact for OutSystems Customers: Build strong relationships with existing customers and lead the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Push Upgrades with Growth Plans: Collaborate with customers to develop growth plans and execute upgrades to maximize the value of our platform.
- Map Prospective Accounts: Analyze organizational structures, people, and existing technology to identify potential opportunities.
- Engage Executives in Targeted Prospect Accounts: Develop relationships with senior executives in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions around their business needs.
- Demonstrate Value and Vision: Showcase the value and vision of our platform to prospects and customers, highlighting how they can capture value and achieve their goals.
- Provide Technical Product Overview: Offer in-depth technical product overviews and insights to customers and prospects, addressing their specific needs and usage scenarios.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Leverage Digital Channels: Utilize social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to reach, sell to, and manage OutSystems prospect customers.
- Minimum 12 Years of Quota-Carrying Experience: Proven track record of success in selling into the Enterprise space with a minimum of 12 years of quota-carrying experience.
- Deep Understanding of Cloud Computing: Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
- Recognizing Buying Cycle Stages: Ability to identify the stages in the buying cycle for each prospect and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiation.
- Ability to Communicate Effectively: Technical ability to provide technical product overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Desire for Growth and Development: Desire to work in a competitive environment where growth potential is driven by abilities and attitude.
- Ability to Identify Key Aspects: Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture it to closure, and manage customer relationships through success.
- General Knowledge of IT Industry: General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
