Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate hazards and reduce risks.
  • Provide training and support to employees on HSE procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE activities in manufacturing, engineering, or oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification as a Lead Auditor ISO 45001 and Nebosh HSE certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
