Job Title: Senior Payment Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our payment operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payment journey, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging technical expertise in cloud computing, containerized technology, and payment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of payment flows, message formats, error codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and maintain a high level of analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in payments or related industries, with a strong understanding of payment systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
