Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

This is a highly strategic role that involves cultivating successful relationships between clients and our organization. As a key player, you will ensure the alignment of client objectives with our capabilities, drive project success through effective execution, communication, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver actionable insights to clients, driving business growth through strategic consulting.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to develop strategies that meet client business goals.
  • Oversee global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor research, and identification of subject matter experts.
  • Supervise local healthcare professional targeting projects, presenting findings from referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  • Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  • Create project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training documents.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Work closely with client teams to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using our platform.
  • Liaise with client support teams.
  • Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports.
  • Develop project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites.
  • Maintain medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  • Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management software, word processing software, email software, and presentation software.
