Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with small to medium-sized business (SMB) customers in North America. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions using Adobe Cloud-based products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Adobe's Digital Media line of products and lead conversations with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing SMB customers in North America.
  • Drive revenue growth by prioritizing accounts with high potential to buy, identifying ideal customer profiles, and engaging with customers via phone and email.
  • Research customer contracts, purchasing history, and expansion opportunities within accounts using Adobe's customer management systems and external sources like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline, providing regular updates to management on progress and outlook.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize the footprint of growing Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io.

Your Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SMB customers, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in selling SAAS solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills suitable for customer communication.
  • International sales experience, with exposure to NA markets preferred.
  • Working hours will coincide with US time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
