Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new business associates and clients for Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and Fixed Deposits.

  • You will achieve individual targets for Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Insurance business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Market trends analysis and providing solutions to clients to meet their financial goals will be your key responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • A logical and analytical approach to sales is essential.
  • You should have convincing power to persuade clients.
  • Experience in handling B-to-B channel sales is mandatory.
  • You should have knowledge of Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, and Life Insurance business.
  • A client-centric approach is necessary.
  • An analytical mind with a solution-providing approach is required.
