**Job Title:** Senior RuPay Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our product team as the Head of Product - RuPay. This is a senior role responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to drive growth and revenue for the business.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager. They will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and developers to create innovative products that meet the needs of customers and drive business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the product strategy for RuPay, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, compliance, and legal, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of RuPay products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
