Industrial Design Leader

At Kimbal, we're shaping the future of energy solutions with innovative products that redefine industry standards.

  • As a visionary Industrial Designer, you'll lead the end-to-end design of 1-phase and 3-phase LT/HT meters and rack-mounted devices.

Our next-generation products will embody simplicity, consistency, and innovation, setting new benchmarks for usability, manufacturability, and scalability.

This role requires a customer-centric approach, translating market insights into successful product designs that balance cost efficiency, durability, and ease of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer-Centric Research & Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth field visits to engage stakeholders across levels.
  • Identify real-world pain points and translate insights into a comprehensive Design Requirements Document.
  1. Industrial Design:
  • Lead the industrial design of our next-generation products.
  • Define a minimalist, brand-consistent design language.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in industrial design.
  • Proven track record of translating customer insights into successful product designs.
