Job Title: AVP - Transition (Functional + P&C domain ONLY)

We are seeking a seasoned transition professional to oversee the end-to-end transition of various functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple transition projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution through robust project management principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Maintain effective governance, track deliverables, and report status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, capture learning, and reinforce best practices.
  • Deliver training to internal managers on our transition methodology and approach.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 16 years of IT project management experience, focusing on non-F&A functions delivery and migration.
  • A proven track record of managing mid/large-scale migration projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
  • PMP certification is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail with a drive to follow through on critical and time-sensitive tasks.
