About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team at Kanerika Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, GIF creation, and UI design. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for various platforms, including digital and print. Create visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing collateral, such as digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print materials. Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content. Provide design assistance for website development, adhering to our style guide to ensure a visually appealing experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerika's design assets.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, BFA, MFA, B.Des/M.Des, or a related field. Proven experience (3 years) as a Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various platforms and media. Knowledge of UI design principles is a plus. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects), and Figma is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Experience in creating visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts. Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
