About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team at Kanerika Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, GIF creation, and UI design. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for various platforms, including digital and print.
  • Create visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print materials.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content.
  • Provide design assistance for website development, adhering to our style guide to ensure a visually appealing experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerika's design assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.
  • Knowledge of UI design principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects) and Figma, is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience in creating visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
