Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content.
  • Provide design assistance for website development, adhering to our style guide to ensure a visually appealing experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerika's design assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, BFA. MFA, B.Des/M.Des or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.
  • Knowledge on UI design principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe after effects), and figma is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience in creating visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
