Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance. They will also possess hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.

This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating audits, and providing insights on cost optimization and financial planning.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You must also be able to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.

About the Role

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • DPR & Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
