Design Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables.

  • The ideal candidate will assist in creating and updating the Design Playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals, ensuring timely delivery and quality design from concept to GFC.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines, validating design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support implementation of SOPs and version control, flagging deviations and escalating unresolved design issues.
Growth Alignment

This role will drive design standardization, enabling faster rollout across our expansion strategy.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in design management, strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, proven expertise in delivering design projects, knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reporting to the Head of Design, this individual will partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.
