About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Banking-as-a-Service solutions delivery expert to lead end-to-end client engagements.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, fostering deep understanding of their business and technical needs.
  • Create comprehensive delivery plans that align with client objectives, encompassing integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless implementations, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/ Retail/ Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles.
  • A strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
