Curriculum Design Expert

We're seeking an innovative and experienced Curriculum Design Expert to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop the academic structure and progression of the curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.

This role requires a deep understanding of subject matter expertise, pedagogical coherence, and instructional design principles.

  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Lead a team of SMEs, content developers, and educators, recruiting, training, and conducting regular reviews to ensure team alignment with academic goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech, test prep organization.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, educational technology, and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
