
Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer care calls, resolving queries, processing orders from Shopify, and ensuring excellent post-sales support.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Processing and managing customer orders via the Shopify platform.
- Tracking and updating order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English) are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first approach are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools) is a must.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
