Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects at our fast-growing fintech platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery across products and ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical product rollouts for Web, Mobile Apps, API, H2H & SFTP based integrations with banks and enterprise clients.
  • Own the client onboarding and integration lifecycle - from kick off to UAT to go-live.
  • Coordinate across internal products, business, tech, and external client/vendor teams.
  • Track and manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
  • Review and validate API specifications, payloads, and system behaviors to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation - project plans, SoWs, integration guides, UAT scripts.
  • Conduct status calls, steer reviews, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line resolution support during any integrations or go-live phases.

Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of experience in project management within fintech, banking, tech, or API-driven platforms.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, token), data mapping, and financial system behaviors.
  • Familiarity with financial protocols (NACH, UPI, BBPS, IMPS, RTGS) and corporate banking integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, Swagger, and project trackers.
  • Exceptional coordination and client communication skills - verbal, written, and structured.
  • Ability to lead multiple concurrent integrations and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
