Visual Merchandising Lead

This key role is responsible for driving business growth through innovative visual merchandising strategies, ensuring high-quality displays and maintaining consistency in product presentations across zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising plans to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Manage zone budgets, ensure timely expense closure, and review financials monthly.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance business through displays, trend zones, and windows.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely displays with ratings above 4, and drive regional initiatives monthly.
  • Roll out four model store plans monthly, publish monthly reports and ratings, and oversee timely new store openings.
  • Conduct monthly training sessions for Area Controllers and AVMs and prepare UVMs for professional growth.
  • Regularly review VM operations, activity, and campaign ratings, and ensure vendor performance aligns with standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology / Design
  • Graduate in Fine Arts/NIFT/ PEARL/ NID preferred
