Retail Merchandising Leader Job Description

As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial agenda and merchandising strategy for our retail operations. You will work closely with Merchandise Managers to exceed financial targets by leveraging your deep understanding of customer behavior and consumer trends.

You are a customer-centric professional with a strong commercial awareness and salesmanship. You have a strategic mindset with analytical skills, enabling you to constantly improve the customer shopping experience in the market. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, executing the regional commercial agenda for your markets while fostering collaboration across channels, roles, and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Execute Regional Merchandising Strategy: Align with regional assortment direction to optimize local selling peaks and drive inventory management.
  • Optimize Product Exposure Strategy: Drive calendar-based product exposure, optimize customer shopping behavior, and execute stock management to achieve commercial impact on key product categories.
  • Drive Inventory Management: Implement full price, discount, and sale activities in line with regional merch direction and execute stock management to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market retail situation and customer profile, providing insights to inform commercial initiatives and adjust actions as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must be driven, data-focused, and able to work towards goals with proven ability to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from any recognized institution.
