Job Title: Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our organization's financial operations. This role is responsible for ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on cost optimization, capital allocation, and return on investment analysis to support business growth.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • E nsure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to verify financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units to optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare monthly management information system reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Recommend and implement financial systems to enhance process efficiency and reduce risk.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or CMA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in financial management.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, and Tally/SAP skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, analytical, proactive, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
