Job Title: Corporate Financial Strategist

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of an organization by implementing strategic plans, developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, analyzing data, maintaining compliance, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  2. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, conduct detailed financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
  3. Cash & Treasury Management: Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital, maintain banking relationships, oversee treasury functions including lines of credit, interest, FX exposure, and liquidity.
  4. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls, coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax advisors.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise finance/accounting staff, provide coaching and performance management, work cross-functionally for budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems, maintain and upgrade ERP/financial software, standardize workflows.
