The Role

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Bangalore office and collaborate closely with our Bangalore and US Engineering teams to craft outstanding user experiences for our AI-native SaaS platform.

You will work in person with several engineers while partnering remotely with U.S.-based designers to ensure consistency and deliver on our ambitious product vision.

Responsibilities
  • Translate Vision into Reality:
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed, user-centered design solutions that account for edge cases and align with established patterns.
  • Shape AI Agentic Workflows:
  • Partner with the Head of Product Design to define how autonomous agents will support developers managing complex renewable energy and data center projects.
  • Be a Local Design Anchor:
  • As our first design hire in Bengaluru, you'll serve as the go-to for engineering teammates needing clarification on design intent—balancing initiative with collaboration across the global design team.
  • Design & Prototype in Figma:
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and clickable prototypes.
  • Support Research:
  • Contribute to user research and usability testing, validating design decisions and improving product UX.
  • Contribute to the Design System:
  • Help evolve our design system to support new features and ensure product-wide consistency.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of Product Design experience with strong proficiency in Figma
  • B2B SaaS background—experience designing for complex enterprise products is a major plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and propose thoughtful solutions
  • Collaborative and independent, with experience working in both remote and in-person environments
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English
  • Curious about AI tools and how they can enhance design workflows
